Acura's long-standing commitment to quality and reliability allows the Certified Pre-Owned program to include vehicles 6 years old or newer with less than 80,000 miles. Limited warranty coverage is extensive and customer benefits are virtually identical to those afforded new car buyers.

Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle program specifications include:

Roadside Assistance Program
(During the 12-month/12,000-mile Limited Warranty period)

Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles are covered by an extensive Roadside Assistance program. Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

The Roadside Assistance program covers emergency fuel delivery, battery jump start, emergency lockout assistance, flat tire change (with good spare) and, if the vehicle is mechanically disabled, emergency towing to the nearest Acura dealership or qualified repair facility. Emergency towing will be provided for covered component failure anytime during the 7-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Warranty period.) Service is on a "sign and drive" basis at no cost to you (up to $100 per disablement).

Concierge Services

Acura Concierge Service provides a package of useful services for your security and convenience. Call 1-800-594-8500 for all services below.

  • Urgent Message Relay
    In case of an emergency, we will communicate up to three urgent messages on your behalf.
  • Emergency Airline Ticket Assistance
    If your Acura is disabled, we will assist you in determining available flights and specific airfares, as well as arranging in the delivery of airline tickets.
  • Special Emergency Service
    Provide assistance such as police notification in an emergency, special travel accommodations or emergency cash delivery (subject to your personal credit card line authorization).
  • 24-Hour Weather Information
    Weather conditions available at any time of the day or night.
  • Insurance Claim Assistance
    In the event of an accident, an insurance claims adjuster will be contacted to expedite your claim.
  • Auto Glass Replacement Referral
    Should you need emergency auto glass replacement, this service refers you to a nearby authorized replacement facility or arranges on-site installation.
  • Shipment of Personal Replacement Items
    Acura Care Concierge Service can arrange for emergency shipment of personal items such as medication, eyeglasses or passports.

Warranty Coverage

Extensive Warranty Coverage offers peace of mind. A three-day exchange policy (where applicable) allows you to buy with confidence.

  • Every Acura Certified Pre-Owned customer receives a 12-month/12,000 mile Limited Warranty plus a 7-year/100,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.
  • Acura will repair or replace any part that is defective in material or workmanship covered by the limited warranty.
  • Free of charge with no deductible, all repairs or replacements will be made under this warranty.
  • The repaired or replaced parts are covered until the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty expires.
